I suggest a bit of text by someone who knows: Do the graduates leave the field with a hat, or bare-headed? If with a hat, do they make any attempt to get their own hat back? How is ownership of a hat established? Do they just pick up a random hat to walk out with, and have a Lost and Found operation later?
