German legalization likely

It passed. The Legality of cannabis article has been updated and I also updated the two maps, since I'm pretty sure it's final with nothing else required like the president signing it or another legislative body passing it. CBD Vaping

Hello. Just wondering if y'all think there is enough literature out there on CBD e-cigarattes to warrant its own page. CBD vapes are mentioned only incidentally on Electronic cigarette (which isn't even tagged with this WikiProject), and there is also a page on CBD cigarettes. Dispute over coloring of main U.S. cannabis map

Timeshifter and I are currently tied up in a dispute over the coloring of the D's on the main U.S. cannabis map, which he would like to make purely black. This may seem like kind of a minor issue but since the map is so highly visible at the top of several highly viewed pages, I'm giving a heads up here so people can weigh in. I don't think many people are subscribed to the map Commons page so it is just me and him going back and forth and some outside perspective would probably help.--Jamesy0627144 (talk) 18:46, 2 May 2024 (UTC)

Changes to Federal (US) administrative law procedure

• Cannabis Co. Says DEA Administrative Procedure Is Illegal, Law360 (LexisNexis), April 8, 2024

There may be a change in store for administrative law regarding the rulesmaking process. Apparently DEA is putting some things on hold pending a Supreme Court decision that may show that much of their rulemaking has been unconstitutional. I believe this is the Jarkesy case, (just barely) mentioned at Lucia v. Securities and Exchange Commission#Later developments.
