Template:KeptDRV (talk · history · transclusions · logs · subpages)

Unused DRV template created by sockpuppet. (Would an admin please post {{subst:tfdnotice|KeptDRV}} ~~~~ at User talk:Solumeiras. The notice is for others reviewing that talk page and not so much for the blocked user. Thanks) -- Suntag 14:11, 26 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]

There's also Template:Keptdrv, which is a redirect to the above. Cheers. lifebaka++ 16:37, 30 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Template:Pink singles (talk · history · transclusions · logs · subpages)

There is no reason for this to exist. There is already a Pink template and this is all duplicate information. eo (talk) 13:41, 26 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]

  • Delete. Duplicate template used in only one page. Eklipse (talk) 05:56, 27 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Template:Ligat ha'Al 2009/10 table (talk · history · transclusions · logs · subpages)

Violation of WP:CRYSTAL; the season will begin in a year. Further, no articles link to this template. Hockey-holic (talk) 11:41, 26 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]

  • Delete, as the template is currently not used and will not be used for another year. Hockey-holic (talk) 11:46, 26 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Template:Allie Jean Dimeco (talk · history · transclusions · logs · subpages)

A template created by a new user apparently duplicating the article Allie DiMeco. SandyGeorgia (Talk) 01:00, 26 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]

  • Delete (and fix the instructions for the TfD page, which are impossible to follow, even for an experienced user). SandyGeorgia (Talk) 01:01, 26 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]
  • Delete, speedily if possible. Clearly this was never supposed to be a template and was placed in templatespace erroneously. I'm not sure what the problems with the TfD instructions are; if you can revise them while keeping the meaning the same, please be bold and do so. --Metropolitan90 (talk) 04:45, 27 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]
  • I think I figured them out now. The instructions say not to subst, but show a subst, and they have a whole lot of extra brackets. They don't say you only need to put {{tfd|Articlename}}. If that is correct, I hope someone will fix, because I fiddled forever to try to make this nom. SandyGeorgia (Talk) 03:25, 28 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Template:24CleanupFlag (talk · history · transclusions · logs · subpages)

I don't see why this WikiProject should have its own cleanup tags, and I don't think it's a good precedent. delldot ∇. 01:51, 26 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]

  • I agree with deletion. Maybe it is a way for the project to control its progress. But I think a list in the project page is much better than having different templates, difficult for people not participating in the project to add or handle. -- Magioladitis (talk) 09:56, 26 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]
  • Semi Support. Perhaps if the 24 WP needs the template in order to populate their internal cleanup category, they could just use a null template to quickly add the cat? Prince of Canada t | c 00:43, 4 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]
One of the people participating in the project wrote above and said they don't need them anymore. All other templates used by the project are to delete. -- Magioladitis (talk) 10:16, 4 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]
  • Delete. WikiProjects are better off using the templates already set up. If anybody is unhappy about this templates deletion, lets simply tell them "deal with it". Mythdon (talk) 07:49, 6 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]
  • Keep - If they are used responsibly they they provie a level of specificity whihc may be missed by the standard templates.--Lucy-marie (talk) 09:48, 6 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Just copying from above: "Magioladitis is correct, that is the reason they were originally created. I am the current project leader and I agree these aren't necessary - it's just the same template as {{Plot}} but with a 24 logo basically. There's three other ones ({{24Trivia}}, {{24CleanupFlag}}, {{24-in-universe}}) that should also be converted over to the standard cleanup tags and then deleted. SeanMooney (talk) 23:25, 3 October 2008 (UTC)" -- Magioladitis (talk) 10:27, 6 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Is this response to me or Lucy-marie?. Mythdon (talk) 10:46, 6 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]
To Lucy-Marie of course. :) -- Magioladitis (talk) 10:48, 6 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Was you trying to give out a better explanation for Lucy-marie than my explanation?. Mythdon (talk) 10:50, 6 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]
To support your explanation. -- Magioladitis (talk) 10:59, 6 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]
