This template is unused and undocumented. I fixed some problems with it a long time ago but without a purpose for it I suggest it be deleted rather than worked on any further. — PatLeahy (talk) 19:00, 15 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Does WP:NDA apply outside articlespace? ViperSnake151 13:28, 15 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Not in this instance. While obviously in good faith, it is redundant to the risk disclaimer and possibly medical disclaimer. It also lends a less than professional tone to the article and offers doubts to what can be found within Wikipedia; after all, we are supposed to be a reliable encyclopedia. bahamut0013 16:13, 15 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]
  • Delete. It was made in good faith a long (wiki)time ago, but I think it is now superfluous. I am posting a notice at WT:Chem to get more opinion. Physchim62 (talk) 15:22, 16 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]

  • Comment: I don't mind this being deleted, but I think two things need addressing. (1) It will need to be replaced by something indicating the temperature and pressure of standard data. (2) The general disclaimer needs beefing up a little. If our article says "mostly harmless" and someone then kills him/herself with the stuff, the general disclaimer may cover this somewhat. However, I'd like to see that spelled out explicitly in a phrase like "such as safety information". This coincides with our policy at WP:Chem that our articles are not MSDS sheets. • Comment. Point 1 is trivial. We can replace this template with {{{Standard conditions}}. Don't do it just yet though - Standard conditions talks about ... STP - 273 K/ 100 kPa. I think we mean RTP - 298 K/100kPa. I can't find an article on room temperature and pressure in WP though. With regard to the second point, perhaps we should insert this into the general disclaimer and WP:NOT instead of transcluding the disclaimer? --Rifleman 82 (talk) 02:41, 18 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Someone has edited it creating spam. It redirects to template:User Wikipediholic. Note the lowercase. Carter | Talk to me 12:47, 15 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]

  • Speedy close - the vandalism has been removed and the editor responsible has been blocked indefinitely. I don't see any need to delete either the template or this redirect. Terraxos (talk) 01:35, 18 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]
