Template:Suburbs of Port Stephens (talk · history · transclusions · logs · subpages)

Does not seem to be useful. I mean, c'mon! Suburbs? Every template like this i've seen has been deleted. Encyclopedia77 Talk 21:10, 13 December 2008 (UTC)[reply]

  • Speedy keep This is just another WP:IDONTLIKEIT nomination by this editor,[1] made as revenge because I've nominated several of his templates for deletion.[2][3][4][5] This editor has become a serial pest who has never left his very recent days as a a vandal[6][7] behind. (see comments by other editors here) The template itself is obviously a valid navigational template, as used on many articles.[8] The mere fact that the nominator states that "Every template like this i've seen has been deleted" is an indication that he obviously hasn't bothered looking too hard. --AussieLegend (talk) 21:52, 13 December 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Template:Mongolianfilmlist (talk · history · transclusions · logs · subpages)

Excessive red links (and I've already merged the stubby 1930s and 1940s lists into the main one), and only one transclusion. As it stands we simply don't have enough Mongolian film-related content to make any kind of nav template justifiable. PC78 (talk) 12:58, 13 December 2008 (UTC)[reply]

  • Weak keep The content isn't there yet, but it could very easily be. This template could very likely be retained as a jumping off point for contributors. This is one case where I have very little doubt that the many red links will turn blue. Ten Pound Hammer and his otters • (Broken clamshellsOtter chirpsHELP) 02:44, 14 December 2008 (UTC)[reply]
    • How so? This template was created 18 months ago and the redlinked list articles have not been forthcoming. IMDb only lists a mere 27 Mongolian films [9], and at present we only have articles for 5; that doesn't suggest to me that List of Mongolian films needs breaking down by year or even decade. A more suitable navtemplate can always be created in the future when the level of our content demands it, but we're a long way from that point at the moment. I've now orphaned the template, as it serves no reasonable purpose in Cinema of Mongolia (replaced with a "see also" link to the list article). PC78 (talk) 11:24, 14 December 2008 (UTC)[reply]
