Although Three Rivers stadium no longer exists, there are countless hundreds of photos around of this stadium which people have, and certainly at least one of them can release it as free. I uploaded it to illustrate Pas de deux when I couldn't find a better free image, and as a tiny thumbnail it did fine despite the horrific blurriness and terrible quality of the image itself. Visual Thesis Paul Aksenova Posted 13-02-2012 at 02:09 by ART4.RU opened in Izhevsk ; man show Pavel Aksenov, a legendary party trehprudnenskoy commune. In the White Room Gallery of the newspaper "Izvestia of the Udmurt Republic" posted twenty graphic sheets, each of which depicts the work of someone else, had an influence on the artist. In fact, this exhibition - a story about the difficult fate of pyatidesyatidvuhletnego Aksenov. Talk to the legendary commune Trekhprudny, he emigrated from Russia to France in 1993. Soon connection broke off, heard only vague rumors Pasha moved to England, the poor, insane, and was treated at the clinic for the mentally ill. In 2008, he was suddenly deported to Russia and was sent to his native Izhevsk, where he has since lived with his mother in a two-bedroom apartment.

The above-listed images appear to possibly be personal photos of the Goebbels family and are used in the articles Joseph Goebbels, Magda Goebbels, and Goebbels children. Most were uploaded by User:Zeraeph. The problem is that they have no good sources and/or copyright holders per WP:NFCC#10a, and most are missing copyright tags. I've been trying to work this out with the uploader for a while; see this at WP:FUR, this and this at my talk page, and finally this at Talk:Goebbels children. It would be great if the copyright status of these images could be clarified, but right now they're in violation of WP:NFCC#10a and WP:NONFREE#Unacceptable images, example #9, "an image with an unknown or unverifiable origin". Strong Keep, the source the images were taken from is given, including the exact page numbers. The fact the uploader can't swear that the book publisher/author is the copyright holder is just a sign that he's being overcautious himself...certainly not ground to delete them. Strong Keep The book author is dead, the publisher (Nelson Paperbacks) is defunct, the subjects of the photographs are dead, the probable copyright holder of the photographs Joseph Goebbels died with no living heirs, there are no free equivalents, they illustrate biographical articles. The editor who noted that images of Goebbels were hard to find was absolutely right: they're damn near impossible, and there are zero free content images of him. Medium Strong Keep It does seem clear that these are photos of historical figures. I'm not entirely sure if that makes them "historical photos" (probably) but in WP:NONFREE#Unacceptable_images (which I know is a guideline, not a WP policy - but still), Criterion #9 states:

" An image with an unknown or unverifiable origin. This does not apply to historical images, where sometimes only secondary sources are known, as the ultimate source of some historical images may never be known with certainty."

The main family portrait at the top illustrates all the children, so we don't also need the mugshots. They don't meet our minimal use requirement. Moreover, knowing the appearance of young children can't particularly contribute to an understanding of the last days of the war - I don't understand the comment by Delos.
