The image was on the French ministry of defense's site at the time, I can attest it. Photo now used on TRF1. Artillery has no other picture of any non-US recent artillery being fired. It is basically very difficult to get images of artillery being fired taken by people who are neither soldiers nor professional journalists, and the copyright of images taken by such people belongs to their employers (save for the US military).
