Uploaded by Eupator (notify | contribs). LQ, UE. Very badly done, blurry picture of a random toddler, no conceivable encyclopedic use. WP:NOT a free web host for family pictures. Used by the uploader to illustrate the Demographics section of Armenia, although I can't imagine why. Sandstein 05:24, 11 October 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Uploader states “Source:www.moviegoods.com” Image is taken from the MovieGoods website. Their policy states: "The logo or web address that shows on your screen is a watermark used by MovieGoods to discourage pirating of images from our web site." [[1]] The use of this image anywhere else on the web is not allowed by them. It’s use here is therefore a violation of the Wikipedia Copyright Policy and it should be deleted.
  • Tagged as orphan fair use instead. Uploader was not notified and the image was not tagged. Also please note that theyr terms of use are irrelevant when claiming fair use (the purpose of the fair use law is to use copyrighted material without permission, and no one can impose more restrictive conditions than what the law automaticaly give all copyrighted works anyway), and it's not theyr image to impose restrictions on in the first place. If it had been used in the proper article it would have been perfectly within our policy. --Sherool (talk) 12:24, 18 October 2006 (UTC)[reply]
