Uploaded by SnowConeYellow (notify).CV. This is a website screenshot which the uploader claims is fair use, but the image is not being used to illustrate the website in question. In fact, it's pretty obvious that the purpose of the image is to show the photograph contained on the web page, and the "screenshot" defence is being used to justify its use in Wikipedia. —Psychonaut11:24, 11 April 2006 (UTC)[reply]
Uploaded by Arights (notify).CV, UE, OR, AB. This is a derivative work of two copyrighted television screenshots. It is not being used to illustrate the television show in question. It is no longer linked to by any articles. The original uploader is now indefinitely blocked. Finally, others have commented that even if it were free to use, it's not suitable for use on Wikipedia; the animation is distracting and not necessary to illustrate the act being described. A still photo would be more appropriate. —Psychonaut11:34, 11 April 2006 (UTC)[reply]
Uploaded by me (notify). I uploaded this but decided not to use it as the marketing puff on it makes it unsuitable in my opinion (and based on the Golf Digest rankings, he's the World's Number 2 golf coach anyway). —Hawkestone20:47, 11 April 2006 (UTC)[reply]
Uploaded by Adam Carr (notify). Orphan. I have notified the uploader. Huge, great apologies for the many accidental reverts and stuffups that I made this morning; I am a bit tired. -- DarthVader23:30, 11 April 2006 (UTC)[reply]
Keep This image is only used on a user page - has nothing to do with building the encyclopedia and is really not disruptive, just a personal expression. There is no policy on personal images uploaded for user pages that I have ever seen and there really does not need to be one. It is a copyright violation to put fair use images on user pages, but many users including some admins do this anyway -Nv8200ptalk20:58, 12 April 2006 (UTC)[reply]
