  • Oppose This one doesn't really work for me -- the lighting is poor and the focus is too soft to really highlight the design. I do like the composition, but I don't think the whole package is 'FP-ready'. SteveHopson 23:44, 9 September 2006 (UTC)[reply]
  • Oppose. Unfortunately "fairly good" isn't enough for FP. The lighting is uneven and the quality/sharpness isn't high enough to make out the details of the carpet. Good angle, though. --Tewy 01:21, 10 September 2006 (UTC)[reply]
  • Oppose. Poor lighting, dull colours. For Persian carpets I think of vibrant colours - these aren't. In thumbnail it looks like a petri dish. --jjron 02:40, 10 September 2006 (UTC)[reply]
  • Oppose beautifull rugs, but, what is that guy doing in the picture?Nnfolz 07:48, 10 September 2006 (UTC)[reply]
  • Oppose A beautiful subject requires the highest quality photo. These rugs are highly detailed and deserved better. As an aside, I think the guy in the picture is fine. It gives the subject scale and sense of purpose. If it was just the rugs in the center, they may as well be doilies on a table. --Bridgecross 13:11, 10 September 2006 (UTC)[reply]
  • Oppose. Per SteveHopson, Tewy, and Bridgecross. Nauticashades 18:47, 10 September 2006 (UTC)[reply]
  • Weak oppose. Excellent angle on the subject and the person in the photo provides a necessary sense of scale. What ultimately ruins it for me is the uneven lighting and lack of detail. -- Moondigger 19:56, 10 September 2006 (UTC)[reply]
  • Oppose per uneven lighting and low saturation. HighInBC 01:15, 11 September 2006 (UTC)[reply]
  • Oppose Poor lighting and quality --WikiSlasher 14:16, 13 September 2006 (UTC)[reply]
  • Oppose. I have a nicer one on the floor next to me. This one is not an interesting picture. Aye-Aye 21:15, 16 September 2006 (UTC)[reply]
  • I got 6 nicer one next to me. I get another each time i go to Iran. But i wish I could get a nice shots. If i could just climb on the roof like spider man and make a pictures of a 6m carpet, that'll be cool. Arad 13:00, 17 September 2006 (UTC)[reply]
