Reason
No species article yet, but really helps explain the statement "They use the long rostrum to inject a lethal saliva that liquefies the insides of the prey, which are then sucked out" in Reduviidae. Also useful in Rostrum (anatomy) for similar reasons.

  • Sugestion: In the Rostrum article I would use a cropped version of this image instead. One that leaves out most of the insect and focus on the thing, and then in the article for the insect use the whole image such as it is. If that is done, would that invalidate claiming for this image (as it is) the use in the rostrum article?  franklin  06:12, 26 February 2010 (UTC)[reply]

  • Support couldn't disagree with Muhammad more about the composition, which I like quite a bit. (It's kind of nice to see the bug that got away in the corner.)
