Dar es Salaam city before dusk edit

Original - Panorama of Dar es Salaam city a few minutes before dusk taken from Benjamin William Mkapa Pension Tower facing south, showing the Ilala area

Reason: I was given access to the tallest building in Tanzania which gave a perfect view of the city center. The image is not very wide so it displays well in the article. Good quality as well.

Weak Support. Good EV, although I would appreciate a wider view. I appreciate that these opportunities don't come around often, but it probably wasn't the ideal time to take this photo as it looks a bit flat.
