Original. A dromedary camel (Camelus dromedarius) in the Australian outback, near Silverton, New South Wales.

Reason: It's a camel. It's in really good condition, for example the shape of the hump, etc. It's taken in outback Australia (not a zoo or wildlife park or anything like that). It's pretty much a perfect pose for an encyclopaedic image. Lighting, colours and image quality are good. What else can you ask for?
Proposed caption: The dromedary camel or one-humped camel (Camelus dromedarius) is a large even-toed ungulate native to northern Africa and western Asia. The world's only population of dromedaries exhibiting wild behaviour is an introduced feral population in Australia.
