The men's water polo tournament at the 2024 World Aquatics Championships was held from 5 to 17 February 2024 in Doha. This was the 21st time that the men's water polo tournament has been played since the first edition in 1973.[1]

Qualification
editOf the qualified teams, fourteen returned from 2023. Romania qualified for the first time in eleven years, while Brazil qualified after withdrawing from 2023. Canada and Argentina were the only teams that failed to make this edition but made 2023.
