Abortion in the United States image edit

Hi Svenskbygderna, I tried but was unable to fix an error in the image you updated - unfortunately, inaccurate information has been repeatedly added to the article about the new Oklahoma law - it is not actually a total ban, per all of the sources, and the law has been immediately challenged by a lawsuit (and Roe and Casey are still in effect in the United States). I am not sure how to fix the image, so I want to let you know. Thank you, Beccaynr (talk) 01:56, 27 May 2022 (UTC)Reply

  • @Beccaynr: Thanks for the heads up. Based on my understanding, the bill bans nearly all abortions starting at fertilization, but makes exceptions in cases where an abortion is necessary to save the life of the mother, or in cases of rape or incest if they have been reported to law enforcement. I thought it was supposed to take effect immediately upon the governor's signature--has there been a preliminary injunction? Thanks! Svenskbygderna (talk) 17:52, 27 May 2022 (UTC)Reply

2020 census edit

Svenskbygderna, would you consider redoing the 2020 census in Minneapolis? Here's hoping you will forgive me for reverting your additions before. Sorry I ran out of patience. Hoping you can help. I've added two images of bike riders recently. I'll look for a more recent article about cycling in the city, maybe best in the Transportation section. -SusanLesch (talk) 21:41, 12 December 2022 (UTC)Reply

Bryn Mawr edit

Hi, Svenskbygderna. Can we find a photo for Bryn Mawr, Minneapolis that portrays the district more accurately? The image added on April 15 is of South Bryn Mawr adjacent to Cedar Lake; the core of Bryn Mawr is farther north, on the north side of I-394 (even the area directly south of the freeway is more legacy Bryn Mawr than the area near Cedar).

Presidential primaries and caucuses Map Rules edit

Hi Svenskbygderna, I saw you made a good looking map on https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:States_whose_constitutions_explicitly_require_citizenship_for_voting.svg

On States whose constitutions explicitly require citizenship for voting. That got me wondering could you make a page on Presidential primaries and caucuses Rules Map?? For example which states have Open primary/caucus, which states have Closed primary/caucus and which have Semi-closed primary/caucus. Each state can be colored in a different color. Dark red for Closed primary/caucus, red for Semi-closed primary/caucus, and light red for Open primary/caucus.

Here are the sources for each state rules in 2020. <ref>https://ballotpedia.org/Closed_primary#Presidential_primaries_and_caucuses<ref>

Could you make one for the Republican rules and the Democratic rules. These maps would be used for the pages of Open primaries in the United States and Primary election. Muaza Husni (talk) 08:16, 2 January 2024 (UTC)Reply

Finland 2006 presidential map edit

Thanks for adding the improved maps. A small request – although the first and second round maps are the same scale, the cropping is not quite the same, meaning there is a slight change in size when you switch between the first and second rounds. Are you able to edit the maps so they are perfectly aligned? Cheers, Number 57 22:42, 2 February 2024 (UTC)Reply

North Branch map edit edit

Hello! I noticed that you reverted an edit back to an old version of a map on the North Branch, MN page. The new map included updated city/township boundaries in Chisago County as displayed on the county's official GIS website here: https://www.chisagocountymn.gov/536/Interactive-GIS-Map. If there was a mistake on the new map, could you let me know what it was so that I can correct it?

Thank you

Lutheranism by country edit

I see you've replaced the map of Lutherans according to the LWF with Lutherans by country, but you don't provide a source for your information on Commons. As very recently I worked hard on the LWF maps, I was disappointed that you replaced it without comment within 30 days of the work I did. Can you please provide a source for these numbers and include it in your file on Wikimedia Commons, where the file is uploaded? --Bastique ☎ call me! 18:13, 15 March 2024 (UTC)Reply
