Welcome!

Hello, Normanbeats, and welcome to Wikipedia! Thank you for your contributions. I hope you like the place and decide to stay. Unfortunately, one of your contributions does not conform to Wikipedia's Neutral Point of View policy (NPOV). Wikipedia articles should refer only to facts and interpretations that have been stated in print or on reputable websites or other forms of media.

There's a page about the NPOV policy that has tips on how to effectively write about disparate points of view without compromising the NPOV status of the article as a whole. If you are stuck, and looking for help, please come to the New contributors' help page, where experienced Wikipedians can answer any queries you have! Or, you can just type {{helpme}} on your user page, and someone will show up shortly to answer your questions. Here are a few other good links for newcomers:

I hope you enjoy editing here and being a Wikipedian! Please sign your name on talk pages using four tildes (~~~~); this will automatically produce your name and the date. If you have any questions, check out Wikipedia:Where to ask a question or ask me on my talk page. Again, welcome!  LordPistachio talk 02:40, 21 May 2010 (UTC)Reply

Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia. We appreciate your contributions to the VirtualDJ article, but for legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images borrowed from other web sites or printed material, and as a consequence, your addition will most likely be deleted.

You may use external websites as a source of information, but not as a source of sentences. This part is crucial: say it in your own words.

If the external website belongs to you, and you want to allow Wikipedia to use the text — which means allowing other people to modify it — then you must include on the external site the statement "I, (name), am the author of this article, (article name), and I release its content under the terms of the GNU Free Documentation License, Version 1.2 and later, and under the terms of the Creative Commons Attribute Share-Alike."

You might want to look at Wikipedia's policies and guidelines for more details, or ask a question at the "Help Desk". You can also leave a message on my talk page. DMacks (talk) 03:44, 21 May 2010 (UTC)Reply

Please stop...you're going to find your editing privleges revoked if you continue to violate copyright policy and/or contribute promotional-tone material. DMacks (talk) 03:57, 21 May 2010 (UTC)Reply

Multiple articles

edit

Please don't create several articles on the same topic with slightly different titles and the same text, as you did with Digital DJ Software, DJ Software, and DJ software. You can create a redirect to link variations of a title to a single article. --R'n'B (call me Russ) 20:48, 22 May 2010 (UTC)Reply
