Flag of Davao City & Compostela Valley

Hello! User:Ninane, i have a request. Can you make a flag of Davao City and Compostela Valley: a city and a province in Davao Region in the Philippines. I noticed that theres no flag of Davao City and Compostela Valley so i want you to make it. I already made a flag for Davao City but all i want is the flags for it are made by an admin. I'm not an admin so i want you to make it. I suggest also that the color of the flag of Davao City is yellow and the color of the flag of Compostela Valley is Red. I hope you can do this.
