October 2023 edit

Your account has been indefinitely blocked from editing because your account has been used for advertising or promotion, which is contrary to the purpose of Wikipedia. Also, your username gives the impression that the account represents a business, organisation, group, or web site, which is against the username policy.

If you intend to make useful contributions instead of promoting your business or organization, you may request unblock and a username change. In your reasons, you must:

  • Disclose any compensation you may receive for your contributions in accordance with the paid-contribution disclosure requirement; and
  • Convince us that you understand the reason for your block and that you will not repeat the kind of edits for which you were blocked; and
  • Describe in general terms the contributions that you intend to make if you are unblocked; and
  • Provide a new username.

To do this, post the text {{unblock-spamun|Your proposed new username|Your reason here}} at the bottom of your talk page. Replace the text "Your proposed new username" with your new username and replace the text "Your reason here" with your reasons to be unblocked.

Please note that the new username you choose cannot already be taken and in use by another account. You can go here to search and see if the username you'd like to choose is available. If the search returns that no global account with that username exists, that means it is available to be taken.

Appeals: If, after reviewing the guide to appealing blocks, you believe this block was made in error, you may appeal it by adding the text {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}} at the bottom of your talk page. Replace the text "Your reason here" with the reasons you believe the block was an error, and publish the page. Justlettersandnumbers (talk) 08:54, 4 October 2023 (UTC)Reply

I am trying to publish Mintos page but I have been blocked. I have already tried to remove all the potential sale references to make the page as objective and informational as possible. Can you help me unlock the account and advise how to avoid being blocked for advertising or copyright violation? thank you

This does not address your violation of WP:COI and doesn't tell us what you plan to write about instead. Yamla (talk) 18:15, 19 November 2023 (UTC)Reply

UTRS appeal #81321 is closed edit

Whilst I appreciate your efforts to remove the promotional content, "it is unlikely that you will be able to write about this subject non promotionally at first. "Experience has unfortunately shown that most (but not all) people with experience in PR cannot be taught to write a proper article, because they are so completely oriented to writing advertisements or quasi-advertisements that they honestly cannot see the difference between that and a proper encyclopedia article." -- User:DGG. You will need therefore to describe what constructive edits you would make to help build the wonder of the world that is Wikipedia.

I have renamed you, so now we can focus on the not promotional edits. Please place the following at the bottom of your talk page, User_talk:Giuliameloni, filling in "Your reason here " with what constructive edits you would make.

{{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}. For further guidance/assistance, please place {{Template:Admin help}} at the bottom of your talk page.

The username issue is now resolved; however, you won't be unblocked to contribute about Mintos or your field in the near term. Please see conflict of interest and paid editing. If you are only interested in making edits related to your conflict of interest, this is the end of the road. If you are interested in being a more general contributor and editing about other topics, please tell what those might be. I am declining your request. Hi, I have followed the guidelines for being unblocked and change the username. I understand the reason why I was blocked and I will not post similar content again. I'd like to do general and neutral contributions around the fintech industry and post the following:
