Managing a conflict of interest

edit

  Hello, Masahiro007. We welcome your contributions, but if you have an external relationship with the people, places or things you have written about in the page Swift Xi, you may have a conflict of interest (COI). Editors with a COI may be unduly influenced by their connection to the topic. See the conflict of interest guideline and FAQ for organizations for more information. We ask that you:

  • propose changes on the talk pages of affected articles (see the {{request edit}} template);
  • disclose your COI when discussing affected articles (see WP:DISCLOSE);
  • avoid linking to your organization's website in other articles (see WP:SPAM);
  • do your best to comply with Wikipedia's content policies.

In addition, you must disclose your employer, client, and affiliation with respect to any contribution which forms all or part of work for which you receive, or expect to receive, compensation (see WP:PAID).

Ways to improve Swift Xi

edit

Hi, I'm Rosguill. Masahiro007, thanks for creating Swift Xi!

I've just tagged the page, using our page curation tools, as having some issues to fix. The article currently contains content that is written like an ad, such as 30 year experience of Swift Engineering in designing and building high performance vehicles. It's also unclear as to the significance of the Swift020--this appears to be just one product created by Swift Xi Inc and should probably not take up the entire body of the article.

The tags can be removed by you or another editor once the issues they mention are addressed. If you have questions, you can leave a comment on my talk page. Or, for more editing help, talk to the volunteers at the Teahouse.

Thank you sir. I will remove that line that you advised. Thanks again.

Hello! The content you re-added was removed as part of a vital cleanup of promotional content on the Swift Xi article. Please do not re-add the same removed content without rewriting as it reiterates info already contained in other articles. Please leave a message on my talk page if you have any questions, or need any help. Ed6767 (talk) 12:45, 12 May 2020 (UTC)Reply

Proposed deletion of Swift Xi

edit

The article Swift Xi has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

The coverage (references, external links, etc.) does not seem sufficient to justify this article passing Wikipedia:General notability guideline nor the more detailed Wikipedia:Notability (companies) requirement. WP:BEFORE did not reveal any significant coverage on Gnews, Gbooks or Gscholar. If you disagree and deprod this, please explain how it meets them on the talk page here in the form of "This article meets criteria A and B because..." and ping me back through WP:ECHO or by leaving a note at User talk:Piotrus. Thank you.

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the page to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion.
