Featuring your work on Wikipedia's front page: DYKs
Thank you for your recent articles, including Kali (fine artist), which I read with interest. When you create an extensive and well referenced article, you may want to have it featured on Wikipedia's main page in the Did You Know section. Articles included there will be read by thousands of our viewers. To do so, add your article to the list at T:TDYK. - Thank you for your nice note! I am not familiar with the T:TDYK or the Wikipedia front page process. I am a newer editor, only active in the last year or so and I generally keep out of the :lime light if you know what I mean ;). I don't mind sharing Kali (fine artist) for the front page (if you think it is a good idea), but I honestly don't really know how. Do I nominate my own article? - Yes. As a newcomer to TTDYK you do not have to review another (which is required from third self-nomination or so). Don't worry about being over 5-day deadline, it's usually waived for new editors. Ping me when you submit the nom and I'll look at it. DYKs are a great way to bring quality work like this to at least few thousand people in the few hours it will be linked on the main page (see WP:DYKSTATS).
