Why do you keep removing the picture, when I have explained several times its a private photo given and approved by Hawk Wolinski? What am I doing wrong..??

As I wrote the image was given to me from David Hawk Wolinski, it was a picture from his private photo collection. Is that not legal and good enough iinformation? It was indeed written under the image. Hawk Wolinski was the founder and a member of the Madura, witch the article are about. He is himself part of the bands website, witch I administrate. If there's any doubt, or question, he can be contacted and can confirm the information about the picture if its needed
