Hello, I'm Dr Salvus. I noticed that you added or changed content in an article, Matías Soulé, but you didn't provide a reliable source. It's been removed and archived in the page history for now, but if you'd like to include a citation and re-add it, please do so. You can have a look at referencing for beginners. If you think I made a mistake, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. Dr Salvus 23:20, 3 November 2021 (UTC)Reply

July 2022 edit

Hi there - Wikipedia relies on reliable sources to verify information, especially about living people. You didn't provide a source for your changes to the Timmy Abraham article, but I have found one and added it for you. Please try and remember to include sources yourself with future edits. Please let me know if you have any questions. GiantSnowman 18:37, 26 July 2022 (UTC)Reply

Baar edit

Hi. I saw that you contributed it:János Baar. A Turkish newspaper from 1934 says that a trainer came from Vienna named "Hansbur" (they didn't pay so much attention to typo in those times). So the name probably is something like "Hans Bu(a)r". It also says that he played in the Austrian national team and worked as a manager in various coutries.

I looked for an Austrian national team player during those years under similar names and I found Johann Baar. Here is the Transfermarkt profile.

So I can clearly say that his name was Johann/Hans Baar, and he was Austrian :) No surprise that some sources say he is Hungarian, because he was born during the Austria-Hungary period.

And, I can say that he trained Galatasaray between September 1934-1936 :) Not so sure about the day of departure, but it's OK for now. Nanahuatl (talk) 08:49, 22 May 2024 (UTC)Reply
