Speedy deletion nomination of Sabzak Pass edit

Hello Bug2266,

Welcome to Wikipedia! I edit here too, under the username Mgbo120 and it's nice to meet you :-)

I wanted to let you know that I have tagged an article that you started, Sabzak Pass for deletion, because it is unnecessary and disambiguates only a single page.

If you feel that the page shouldn't be deleted and want more time to work on it, you can contest this deletion but please don't remove the speedy deletion tag from the top. If the page is already deleted by the time you come across this message and you wish to retrieve the deleted material, please contact the deleting administrator.

For any further query, please leave a comment here and prepend it with {{Re|Mgbo120}}. And, don't forget to sign your reply with ~~~~ . Thanks!

Hello, and thank you for your efforts to improve Wikipedia! However, you should know that it is not a good idea to remove citations or information sourced through citations simply because a link to a source is not working, as you did to Medal theft. Dead links should not be deleted. Instead, please repair or replace the link, if possible, and ensure properly sourced information is retained. Often, a live substitute link can be found. Links not used as references, notes or citations are not as important, such as those listed in the "External links" or "Further reading" sections, but bad links in those sections should also be fixed if possible. Please take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. Thank you. Auric talk 22:58, 12 April 2019 (UTC)Reply

April 2019 edit

Your recent editing history at Notre-Dame de Paris fire shows that you are currently engaged in an edit war; that means that you are repeatedly changing content back to how you think it should be, when you have seen that other editors disagree. To resolve the content dispute, please do not revert or change the edits of others when you are reverted. Instead of reverting, please use the talk page to work toward making a version that represents consensus among editors. The best practice at this stage is to discuss, not edit-war. See BRD for how this is done. If discussions reach an impasse, you can then post a request for help at a relevant noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases, you may wish to request temporary page protection.

Being involved in an edit war can result in you being blocked from editing—especially if you violate the three-revert rule, which states that an editor must not perform more than three reverts on a single page within a 24-hour period. Undoing another editor's work—whether in whole or in part, whether involving the same or different material each time—counts as a revert. Also keep in mind that while violating the three-revert rule often leads to a block, you can still be blocked for edit warring—even if you don't violate the three-revert rule—should your behavior indicate that you intend to continue reverting repeatedly. @Yolanda95:, done, but the article needs someone more experienced with town articles than I to properly format it and such. Benevolent Dictatorship edit

You seem to have greatly misunderstood, I did not blank the article at all. I simply removed the section on a figure that didn't qualify for the definition of the article. Someone who tried to undo that removal before claimed that it was properly sourced and the source provided the justification for including that leader. This was a false claim, as the "source" was in fact a short RT opinion piece. Thus, the justification fell apart and the section on that leader was correctly removed, as he does not qualify for the definition of the article.

That was a paragraph. A paragraph comprising of more than one sentence, and definitely more than one citation. I have since removed that RT source, so if you have any other problems I would suggest you bring it to the talk page. puggo (talk) 21:01, 15 April 2020 (UTC)Reply

With reference to your reverts in Reservation in india edit

Hello Bug2266 I have made some edits which you have been reverting even after providing proper citations. The honourable Supreme Court has clearly addressed the Central government that there is a need of introduction of creamy layer even in ST/SC reservations. This is because after gettting reservation in undergraduation -> postgraduation -> jobs and further in promotion (used to happen a month back), this person transfers all the benefits of reservation to his/her child and this vicious cycle continues for generations. As this person is capable of earning a living and leading a respectable life, this benefit should now be taken from him/her so that other underpriveleged people from that same community can actually avail reservation (not just theoretically but practically as well). This is because the child of a poor ST/SC who cannot afford expensive coachings just cannot compete with the child of class A officer (who himself availed reservation) who can afford best coaching institutes in the country. This way the effluent ST/SC's are actually siphoning off majority of the benefits of reservation from the underpriveleged ones of the same community in whose name reservations are actually taken. In order for these benefits to percolate to the needy, the effluent beneficiaries should no longer be entitled to reservation and this is what i had been trying to write. But due to political reasons the Central government is not ready to change this and introduce income limit for availing ST/SC reservation.

Please try to understand and discuss before editing the page again and again. You are always welcome to talk. Let us not indulge in an endless edit war. You can convey the same meaning by rewriting the paragraph but dont simply delete facts which are true. Please refer the following citations.

[1]

[2]

[3]

JusticeCM, feel free to add the section with the first two citations if you so choose, but the third one is a Wikipedia link. You had no citations the first time around. Good day. puggo (talk) 18:10, 22 April 2020 (UTC)Reply

Proposed deletion of Adam Ragusea edit

The article Adam Ragusea has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

This article largely fails to establish a significance, as well as very heavily relying on primary sources, most often sourcing his own Youtube videos. I'm familiar with and fond (lol) of his work, but I don not believe he meets WP:N, at least at the moment.

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the page to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion.
