Your username edit

Welcome to Wikipedia. I noticed that your username, "BransonComms", may not comply with our username policy. Please note that you may not use a username that represents the name of a company, group, organization, product, service, or website. Examples of usernames that are not allowed include "XYZ Company", "MyWidgetsUSA.com", and "Foobar Museum of Art". However, you are permitted to use a username that contains such a name if it identifies you individually (not your role), such as "Sara Smith at XYZ Company", "Mark at WidgetsUSA", or "FoobarFan87", but not "SEO Manager at XYZ Company".

Please also note that Wikipedia does not allow accounts to be shared by multiple people and that you may not advocate for or promote any company, group, organization, product, service, or website, regardless of your username. Please also read our paid editing policy and our conflict of interest guideline. If you are a single individual and are willing to contribute to Wikipedia in an unbiased manner, please request a change of username by completing the form at Special:GlobalRenameRequest, choosing a username that complies with our username policy. Alternatively, you can just create a new account and use that for editing. If you believe that your username does not violate our policy, please leave a note here explaining why. Thank you. 331dot (talk) 21:03, 30 December 2022 (UTC)Reply

Your username must be individualistic in nature, something like "John of Branson School" would be acceptable. 331dot (talk) 21:04, 30 December 2022 (UTC)Reply

Once your username is changed, you will need to make a formal paid editing disclosure. 331dot (talk) 21:05, 30 December 2022 (UTC)Reply

OK, thank you for your guidance! I think I have done everything that was needed? My aim is simply to correct some of the outdated data on the page (which I have done) and then to replace the current logo. Will I be able to do that now? Jen Branson (talk) 22:50, 30 December 2022 (UTC)Reply
To make changes to the content of the article, please use the article talk page (Talk:The Branson School) to propose edits in the form of an edit request(click for instructions). In general you should avoid direct edits to the article(there are some permitted exceptions). It is okay for you to add the logo; you won't be able to upload it yourself until you are autoconfirmed(your account needs to be four days old with 10 edits or more) but you may go to Files For Upload to work with others who can help. 331dot (talk) 10:14, 31 December 2022 (UTC)Reply
