Adding hatnotes

Hey there, I saw you’ve been adding lots of hat notes to the storm sections in the season article. I don’t think they’re necessary, they just clutter up the sections. In the case when a storm name redirects to a season article and there’s potential for ambiguity, readers will find it in the search bar.
