Help:Why can I not create an article?

I just opened an account and the first thing I see is Blocked by Deepfriedokra, I don't understand this

I see no evidence that you're blocked by anyone. You've made only one edit, this one. Perhaps you're trying to create a page (you can't create an article because you're not auto-confirmed) that was salted by Deepfriedokra. @Bbb23 I just tried, yes I can. In fact, I can edit using the Wikipedia app but when I'm diverted to a browser to continue I see the "Has been blocked by..." message. Əlövsət Quliyev (talk) 08:08, 7 August 2024 (UTC)

Is it possible that you're not logged in to your account on the browser? If so, you'd then be trying to edit just as an IP address, and that IP address might be blocked. AntiDionysius (talk) 09:58, 7 August 2024 (UTC)

@AntiDionysius I'm logged in in the browser I can read this message of yours in that browser, but the case is that I'm blocked from editing from the browser because my IP is blocked, I guess it's because my phone was once used by somebody else... is it possible? @DoubleGrazing No it isn't logged in as Ilya Surhayoğlu and therefore I can edit and create so the problem is solved but why is my account nominated to be deleted of sockpuppetery I don't understand Əlövsət Quliyev (talk) 12:14, 9 August 2024 (UTC)

I don't see how this page is seen as a sockpuppet, it's an insult to me as well, this account isn't controlled by anyone except me, and I don't have other accounts except this one, what is happening? yet still I will act according to Wikipedia guidelines if needed I will edit or delete the article I wrote I think there must have been a misunderstanding, in the description for my article as well as my user page I mention that I wrote the article while I'm connected to the individual and asked contributors to edit in anyway intende, yet I don't think this refers to a sockpuppetery I have no other account than this one I'm really confused and I'm sure there is a misunderstanding

You have blocked my account as a sockpuppet and you've said it's proven, how is it proven that I'm a sockpuppet of Ilya Surhayoğlu?? I may have an article in his name but this doesn't mean I'm a sockpuppet! Look Wikipedia is a platform where anyone can enter and use any information and login details as they want, if someone creates an account by the name of "Micheal Jackson" then the writer of the article named "Michael Jackson" is a sockpuppet? The comment of the account @DoubleGrazing about my article that says "I don't know if this is either hoax or self-promotion but still" I need to mention this does not contain elements of self promo because i mentioned it is not about me, secondly, in cases of hoax I don't see anything to he addressed as hoax this a biography and there's no need for information that misleads people. and more important is that this isn't any of my concern for me to lie about someone's life.
