Miss Grand Massachusetts is a state-level female beauty pageant in Massachusetts, founded in 2017 as a preliminary stage for the Miss Grand USA national pageant.[1] Since 2023, the competition license has belonged to an entrepreneur Ada Peralta.[1]

Massachusetts has participated in the Miss Grand USA pageant since 2016; however, its representatives were either appointed or determined via casting processes in the early years of participation. The highest placement obtained by Massachusetts candidates at the national level was the top 10 finalist, won in 2017 by Ana Solano.[2]

Miss Grand Rhode Island is a state-level female beauty pageant in Rhode Island, founded in 2025 as a preliminary stage for the Miss Grand USA national pageant. In 2017, the competition license belonged to an entrepreneur Alexis Garcia.[1]

Rhode Island participated in the Miss Grand USA pageant only once in 2017, when its representative, Leidy Guzman, was named the 4th runner-up.[2] Guzman was later appointed as the 2017 Dominican Republic representative for Miss Grand International 2017 but she resigned.[3]
