archiving the requests for reviewer permissions. Note this 
page only effects the reviewer requests, KingpinBot 
automatically figures out where to archive the other requests
for permissions. Any admin can update the pages to archive to 
when one page gets too long (the the number on the third line 
is more than 0, KingpinBot will automatically move onto the 
next page when the archived requests get above that number). 

Admins are advised to only use this page if they know what 
they are doing, as you can seriously break the bot from this 
page. 

The first line should be the page to archive approved reviewer 
requests at, the second where to archive declined requests. 
The third is the number of requests to archive on a page before 
KingpinBot automatically increments the numbers in the request 
pages listed above, to prevent KingpinBot doing this set the 
max number to 0.

The final line is the number of hours KingpinBot waits before 
archiving requests. */
