Born in St. Joseph, Missouri, USA, on the second of april, 1982. In 1987, Jacin and his family moved to Topeka, Kansas.
Jacin first began acting and working in theatre at French Middle School, and later at Topeka West High School and the Topeka Civic Theatre & Academy.
