Joao Carlos Lisa Botelho da Fonseca[1] (born August 29, 1988)[2] is a South African singer, restaurateur, author and television personality best known for being the lead singer of Mi Casa.[3]

Early life

J'Something was born in Algarve, Portugal on August 29, 1988,[4][2] and moved to Port Alfred, Eastern Cape at the age of six.[5] He attended Graeme College and Shaw Park Primary School in Grahamstown and received a Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing at Stellenbosch University.[6][7]

Career

J'Something began his music career when he started Mi Casa in 2011 after meeting Mo-T and Dr. Duda at a party in Sandton.[8][9]
