Eniola Olanrewaju..[1] (born 2 April 1998), professionally known as Korty eo, is a Nigerian indie filmmaker. Korty showcases her films on Youtube, via the account Korty eo. Korty gained prominence on Youtube for documenting Nigerian urban culture[2].
Early life
editKorty was born and grew up in Bodija, in Ibadan Nigeria. She pursued a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science in Bowen University and later transferred to the University of Ibadan[3]
Career

editIn 2017, Korty was scouted by a modeling agency Few Models [1] and walked for shows in Lagos Fashion Week, Design Week and GTB Fashion Weekend[4] .
Content Production
editFrom 2018 to 2019, Korty worked at Zikoko Magazine, as a video producer. In 2020, she was the head of content at Empawa Africa, a talent incubation enterprise owned by Nigerian musician and businessman, Mr Eazi [3].
Film-making on Youtube
editIn December 2020, Korty quit her job to pursue freelance filmmaking and focus on her Youtube channel[5] .
On her Youtube channel, Korty hosts two staple shows; Flow with Korty and Love or Lies[6]. On Flow With Korty, she interviews guests and their individual experiences of its guests[7]. The show has featured artists, athletes and entrepreneurs
Love or Lies, whose pilot episode aired on January 2022, is an intimacy-driven show, where two strangers are set up on a date. The show explores themes on sex, love, dating preferences, intimacy and sexual orientation, which are not openly discussed in Nigeria[8].

editIn 2023, Korty made her directorial debut on Victoria's Secret: The Tour '23[9]
