Adrian Taylor Kane is a professor of Spanish at Boise State University. His areas of research include twentieth and twenty-first century Central American Literature, Spanish American Environmental Fiction, and the Historical Avant-Garde. He is the author of Central American Avant-Garde Narrative: Literary Innovation and Cultural Change (1926-1936) (Cambria Press: Amherst, NY, 2014) and the editor of The Natural World in Latin American Literatures: Ecocritical Essays on Twentieth Century Writings (McFarland & Co: Jefferson, NC 2010).
