Description edit
This userbox is to be used to display the number of edits a user has remaining until reaching a specified service award. The number of edits should usually be rounded to the lower 10. For example, if the user's edit count it 24, the first parameter of this userbox should be 20. The second parameter should be the next service award level from the user's current one.
