After having complied to the pre-8 November 2014 structuring of this template, I think makes little sense to group the organisations by country (or continent). First of all, some organisations are transnational or international, like CFI, GWUP or RDFRS. Second, most of these organisations closely cooperate across borders and are part of the same international skeptical movement; I don't see the need to emphasise the different countries here. The third is practical: for most countries it will mean only one or two entries taking up an entire paragraph, making it unnecessarily long, while for some arbitrary reason others are lumped together in the broader categories of "Europe" and "Other". If readers really want to know in which countries these organisations operate, they only have to click on the link. I'll give others the time to respond, but if nothing happens for several days, I will remove the groups and make this template ordered alphabetically.
