Year navigation

For ease of use, would it not be a good idea to add previous/next year navigation links within the box, similar to presidential election Infoboxes? Coinmanj (talk) 00:35, 11 March 2017 (UTC)

Muhandes, what you have seems reasonable. although, I would probably omit the center date and allow for free-form link formatting just in case. see the revised testcases. Frietjes (talk) 12:03, 15 February 2019 (UTC)
