Multilingual templates

I think about creating multilingual templates. This is for sure more complex than creating a normal template. But with multilingual templates created in COMMONS, it would be possible to use them all over the Wikipedias.

Of course, the parameter names will be in English. But the rest could be made such that it works in all languages.

The reason is that templates are useful tools to give the encyclopedia a more unique look. But it is a difficult job to translate a template having dozens of subtemplates to all the languages.

Note: By the way: Where is the right place for such a general comment?

Edit request for 3 new variants

Looking at Flag of Albania, there are 3 variants missing from this template. Please add the following new lines after the line starting | flag alias-1914 and before the line starting | flag alias-1928:

This image file is fictional and should be nominated for deletion. Albania's current flag has never changed since 1992. There hasn't been a different flag between the time period from 1992-2002. The person who uploaded such image changed the color hue of the flag. There are no sources given for such a change. Unfortunately, this image file is being linked to over 100 pages.
