Usage

This template links to one or two records on MycoBank. It requires a minimum of one parameter: the id number(that is, the part that comes after MB).

• {{MycoBank|119601}}
  • Geastrum simplex in MycoBank.

By default the name is that of the page and is italicized, to display something different (if the title is disambiguated, or you want an abbreviation), use name. When specifying a name, you must italicize it manually:

• {{MycoBank|119601|name=''G. triplex''}}
  • G. triplex in MycoBank.

When displaying a second link, the name2 parameter is obligatory, but you do not need to name the first id (though you can do so if you wish):

• {{MycoBank|859|253333|name2=''C. Micraspis}} (Cavaraella is monospecific)
  • Cavaraella and C. Micraspis in MycoBank.

For abbreviated output, use

• {{MycoBank|119601|short=yes}}
  • MB119601
