GA review (see here for criteria)

This is a good piece of work. I've done some additional work on it myself, and I now believe it meets the GA criteria.

  1. It is reasonably well written.
    a (prose):   b (MoS):
I made a few fixups in these areas.
  2. It is factually accurate and verifiable.
a (references):   b (citations to reliable sources):   c (OR):
I did some cite formatting work.
  3. It is broad in its coverage.
    a (major aspects):   b (focused):
The major problem here was that the "Design" section including a lot of initial design and construction material that was a repeat of, or better belonged, in the "History" section. I've gone ahead merged/moved that material up.
  4. It follows the neutral point of view policy.
    Fair representation without bias:
  5. It is stable.
    No edit wars etc.:
  6. It is illustrated by images, where possible and appropriate.
a (images are tagged and non-free images have fair use rationales):   b (appropriate use with suitable captions):
  7. Overall:
    Pass/Fail:
I am passing the article. Note however that while it was nominated under "Law", I am going to file it as a GA article under "Art and architecture", because it's really more about that. Wasted Time R (talk) 17:30, 7 March 2009 (UTC)Reply
