Merge from M-112
editI disagree with the suggestion to merge M-112 (Michigan highway) with US 112. M-112 was a different road with a distintive history that only coincidentally happened to connect with US 112. older ≠ wiser
- Just merge and redirect M112, M-16 (Michigan highway) was recently redirected and merged to U.S. Route 16 since M-16 is another state highway that later became part of a US highway with the same number. --Nintendude userpage | message 09:56, 20 May 2006 (UTC)
- That was very different because the route of M-16 actually became US-16. M-112 was a different route from US 112 that only happenned to have its endpoints on 112. older ≠ wiser 10:39, 20 May 2006 (UTC)
Assessment
editAlthough the RD is lacking, the article has all the "big four", so it's at C-class. CL — 04:05, 28 July 2008 (UTC)

- Both are no longer valid concerns. I have merged this into U.S. Route 12 in Michigan, its successor designation to eliminate the redundancy. Imzadi 1979 → 18:59, 21 May 2012 (UTC)
