- The article was expanded 5x starting on July 16, so it's eligible. Copyvio detector is offline, but the article looks good, and few spot-checks didn't show copyvio. The hook is interesting, though the source for the "hole" part is in French, and is poorly scanned, but Asiatimes tells about both hole and disruption.
