Advertising, bias, notability?

edit

Why is the word "Suave" forced as being primarily a brand, while it is also a regular word in English and has several other meanings? This is done twice, first by redirecting the word "Suave" to the brand's article, then here by pushing the same meaning and presenting other meanings as alternatives. This feels like advertising to me, and it certainly smells of bias, since I've never heard of the brand, and I can bet most other people outside of Americas haven't too... There is also the notability question - is this meaning of the word so notable as to override every other? Now, I'd like to hear if there are compelling arguments for the current state; if there are none, I'd like to change both the redirect and the disambig to something more neutral.
