It's not a phrase that is likely to be searched for. Articles about other similar statues have far more succinct titles; Statue of Nelson Mandela, Johannesburg and Statue of Nelson Mandela, Union Buildings, this one should follow the same pattern. - Support Statue of Nelson Mandela, Cape Town City Hall. Not as long as the current title, but a little more descriptive than the suggestion. It's not a grand statue in the centre of the city, but a life-sized statue on a specific building. -- Necrothesp (talk) 13:27, 25 July 2018 (UTC)

Nelson Mandela (Cape Town statue)Nelson Mandela (Cape Town City Hall statue), per the other names on the template. Unless there's already a Cape Town statue, which I didn't see on a quick look. That way you get the name of the statue in italics (as an artwork) and the city name without doing too much of a title extension.
