Improvements edit

@StrayBolt: Many thanks for finding better sources and clarifying the scope and history of this project. Great example of an AfD resulting in improvement to a long-abandoned article. Plus thanks to you I learned about Lunex! — JFG talk 16:43, 16 October 2018 (UTC)Reply

Thanks Spinningspark as well for your constructive comments in the AfD. — JFG talk 16:44, 16 October 2018 (UTC)Reply

Finding the Space Launching System plan edit

The 1961 Lunex plan states on page 19 that the Space Launching System is detailed in a separate document.

This plan does not contain development information on the Launching System since such information is contained in a separate System Package Plan being prepared concurrently. The development schedules in these plans have been coordinated to insure compatibility.

Also on page 34:

The costing as shown on the schedule does not include the cost of developing the Space Launching System since this is provided under a separate System Package plan.

Can one of our archive experts find this "System Package Plan" document? That would be an authoritative source for more details. — JFG talk 17:31, 16 October 2018 (UTC)Reply

The place for questions like that is WP:REX. A lot of real librarians and scholars hang out on that page and can get you copies of most things. SpinningSpark 19:52, 16 October 2018 (UTC)Reply
