Talk:Sanjeev Nanda – BMW hit and run case

the other cases mentioned at the bottom of the page should not be on this page, they are irrelevant, and are not about Sanjeev, or his family. Furthermore, the source of wealth of his family etc etc is a separate article. the article is quite unbalanced as it deals specifically about controversy surrounding his past, and has practically no information on him.

I happen to know Sanjeev and was a classmate of his at INSEAD. while I can't comment on the hit and run case, the alleged ties to Sanjeev etc, this article is not about him, it's about that case, and trying to tie in details of his family as well.

People are complex and this article should reflect that. My experience of the guy has been overwhelmingly positive, so I'd expect to see something of the sort on this page as well.

I know that a lot of people in india want to see justice served in the way they want to see it served, but it won't happen by hijacking a wikipedia article. contact your MP, lobby your legal system, etc etc but creating an article about a person purely to air your grievance is no solution.

For the record, he is an amiable host, and does not drive in Dehli any more. I'd hate to bear the weight that his accusers claim he bears now, for a reckless split-second on a dark night all those years ago. If the car missed the people by inches and smashed into a wall, the crime would be driving dangerously. The act was hardly premeditated, and it's hard to blame a family for trying to save their son when nothing can undo the deaths of the innocent. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 203.117.218.129 (talk) 10:22, August 24, 2007 (UTC)
