B or C class?

This article was recently downgraded to C class. Which of the six B-class criteria does it fail, exactly? Pretty much everything in the article is referenced. The topic is reasonably covered. The structure is defined. It's relatively well-written. Infobox is included; an image is not required. The article is not super-technical.
