Searching for "Richard Jacquline Marshall" "Major General" on Google turns up only 4 hits with a Did you mean: "Richard Jacqueline Marshall" "Major General" on the top. Searching for "Richard Marshall" "Major General" got 25 hits and the same for "Richard J. Marshall" "Major General".
