I moved this article to Ossian E. Mills because that was the name used in every period newspaper article about him. Note that this is also the way he signed his name. The only place he is referred to by his full name are some fraternity histories but note that even some of those refer to him as Ossian E. Because guidelines are to give the article the name that the person used/was known by, moving the article is the correct choice. Rublamb (talk) 16:27, 25 February 2024 (UTC)Reply
