Did the Oslo report have a different author?
editThere is an alternative view about the authorship of the "Oslo Report" - see "THE GRIFFIN : Paul Rosbaud and the Nazi Atomic Bomb That Never Was" by Arnold Kramish[1]
Also
I have ordered a copy of the book (I am interested in Paul Rosbaud for other reasons) and when I have read it, I will maybe create a sandbox page with amendments and look for opinions.
