Unreliable sources in the political career section

I noticed that somebody had added a few sections that say Arestovych allegedly belonged to the Brotherhood party and opposed the Orange revolution. The sources seem to point to some dubious sites. Good removal

[1]. The lead suppose to summarize the content of the page. The body of the page does not even mention him working as a "propagandist". Perhaps he is a propagandist, but this should be first described at length in the body of the page and be well sourced. My very best wishes (talk) 02:13, 6 December 2022 (UTC)

His erroneous comment on YouTube

• [2]. He said he made this comment by mistake (during a discussion with Feygin on YouTube) and apologized for mistake, did not he? Regardless, does not he debate these issues simply as a person, not as a Ukrainian official? Yes, he was probably wrong about the details of the hit by a Russian missile. So what? That seems to be blown out of proportion for a BLP page; also WP:NOTNEWS. Based on referencing, however, this still might be due on the page. My very best wishes (talk) 01:50, 17 January 2023 (UTC)

As soon as he made his comments on 14 January I knew that it would be abused by russian propagandists... And that did happen on 16 January 2023 when russian president vladimir putin's press secretary dmitry peskov stated Arestovych's 14 January explanation about what happened in Dnipro was plausible.... Arestovych should have known this would happen and should not have thrown his theory out there especially as it was based on 1 informer who's version of events has been proven wrong by multiple videos of the explosion. So I personally think that a Ukrainian official unwillingly helping the president of russia (during an invasion of Ukraine ordered by this same president) is a mistake worth mentioning on this Ukrainian official's Wikipedia page is worth mentioning. — Yulia Romero • Talk to me! 14:02, 17 January 2023 (UTC)

Although for the sake of honesty I do have to admit that I have found this Arestovych a giant unlikable douchbag for a long time now. His "smoothing" video's I personally find offensive and unlike Vitalii Kim (whose style of communication I also heard complains about) he is not actually fighting against russian aggression but he is having cosy talks on YouTube with russian(!) lawyer Feygin. I am quite sure that an English official having aired discussions with a German lawyer during The Blitz (that) this Englishman would have been fired right away... And looking at Arestovych's biography he seems to be another Oleksandr Dubinsky, but in a different form. Ukraine really needs to get rid of these kink of people (like Dubinsky and Arestovych) who only seem to care about themselves and abuse everyone else just to make a few bucks (and in the case of Dubinsky and Arestovych actually changing their ideology 180 degrees). — Yulia Romero • Talk to me! 14:15, 17 January 2023 (UTC)

In his comments Arestovich rightly blamed Russia for the attack and correctly said that the house was hit by the Russian missile. How his additional comment about the Ukrainian forces trying to intercept the missile was at all significant? Yes, it appears that they did not try to intercept the missile. But if they did (as Arestovich was initially saying), would that be a pro-Russian claim? Of course not. Yes, Peskov was saying some nonsense as usual. Ukrainian politicians, including members of Rada, buying this nonsense by Peskov and reacting to it shows they are useful idiots or just incompetent. ...cosy talks on YouTube with russian(!) lawyer Feygin. If his forced resignation was based on just him falsely claiming that the missile interception caused the rocket to destroy the building I think that was an overreaction. When missiles get intercepted the debris does fall down and can damage buildings and kill people. Yes it is better to intercept the missile because if the missile is not intercepted the missile could do much more damage and potentially kill more people, however it should be public knowledge that intercepted missiles can still be dangerous. As about the "unlikable d...", that might be your perception, but he is very popular based on the number of views on YouTube. I think he is very clever and knows a lot about these subjects, except that he is usually trying to present everything in the most favorable light for Ukraine. For example, he went out of the limb trying to justify the inaction by Zelensky administration just before the invasion. According to other commenters [3] the inaction and incompetence of Ukrainian government was staggering, in addition to some other recent strange stories.
