OTPC controversies & Allegations

MeToo Movement (Tripura): Origin: 23rd October, 2018 Complainant: Ex Employee of OTPCL, founder & director of EKVIS, a brand of DebEkta Visionary OPC Pvt LTD, incorporated on 20th September, 2018. Accused party: 10 higher up Employees of ONGC Tripura Power Company Ltd, the biggest gas based powerplant of ONGC operating in North East India.

OTPC controversies & #metoo Tripura allegations: OTPC is the first joint venture Company of the Maharatna Company ONGC who has been horribly facing the #metoo movement since 23rd October, 2018, by it's ex-employee, a female activist herself, named Ms. Ekata Deb, who has Accused 10 Employees of OTPCL, including VP and MD. The VP along with other 5 accused persons are charge sheeted, suspended and about to be terminated soon.

The whole state of Tripura, mainly from it's Home Ministry, Law Ministry, Tourism Ministry, has been also allegated also into a huge level of Corruption in the case due to present MD'S financial power.

The chastity of the Victim has thou been kept secured from being viral into the social media, and news media thru NCW and WCD, and thus has not been so much into news media till date.

The Victim has allegated the 10 higher up Employees of being faced an offense of Sexual molestation, Eve teasing, verbal assault, sexual harashment, custodial rape and domestic violence from 2013, December to April, 2019, and later being a Victim of huge level of Corruption by the Ministry of Tripura.

The Victim still hopes on an fair, unbiased, impartial, independent judgement from the Indian Judicial system. The matter has not even been into the event of trial, but had already gone to Supreme Court of India for a transfer petition from Gomati District Tripura to Karnataka High Court, mainly because of the threat of life to the Victim and related Corruptions.

Thou the current MD of OTPC, Mr. Satyajit Ganguly has been Continuously allegated by the Victim with evidences, the CMD of ONGC, Mr. Shashi Shankar is still silent.
